As a teacher, you can invite students to join the Nearpod lesson via Google Meet. This tool is ideal for teachers who need an online conference platform to facilitate distance learning. Students can join your class using Google Meet and simultaneously participate with you in Nearpod lessons. Here’s how to begin.
1. Visit meet.google.com and select “Join or start a meeting.”
2. Create a code to start the meeting by choosing “Continue”. Students can input the same code to join.
3. Share your screen and invite students to join your Google Meet.
4. In another tab, provide the Nearpod lesson code while sharing your screen. You can provide the code on your shared screen or send a link to the lesson.
This will allow students to finish the Nearpod lesson while participating in a class led by one of the world’s most outstanding teachers.
